PERSONAL: Born April 7, 2001 in Tulare, Calif…Son of Gabriel Acosta and Jamie Gubbins. Acosta has a Criminal Justice major with plans to pursue a career with the California Highway Patrol after graduation.

2022: Acosta has earned a spot in the rotation with the CSUB Roadrunners this spring, with a 3.11 ERA over 55 Innings.
